South Texas Building Solutions offers an anti-microbial program whereby we treat a space where germs or bacteria are prevalent. This is usually in areas that are high in touch points and cross contamination.
Our treatment gives all surfaces that it dries on an added level of protection against damaging microbes such as Staph/MRSA, ringworm, influenza, E-Coli, norovirus, pertussis (whopping cough), polio and even the common cold. Increase employee attendance with our Anti-Microbial Treatments.
In a nutshell, we fog everything inside a building every four to six weeks. The active ingredient in the antimicrobial coating is a polymer that adheres to all surfaces. It is one molecule thick, colorless and odorless, and cannot be detected. The coating is a layer of electrically-charged quaternary amine swords, a carbon chain with a nitrogen atom that ruptures the cell walls of microbes and electrocutes them with a static charge. This means the killing mechanism is mechanical not chemical. As an added bonus, this mechanical non-leaching, long lasting killing process does not result in the creation of super-bugs.

This is where South Texas Building Solutions has come into play with their antimicrobial treatment that has been used for our sports complex and locker rooms as these are areas where numerous types of germs such as Staph/MRSA, Influenza E-coli and all the norovirus microbes can thrive because of the environment. We have used them for three years so far and there have been no instances of these microbes appearing. We are very happy with the results they have produced for us.
